Edwidge Constant is a Jersey City resident and a 2018 graduate of Oral Roberts University in her hometown of Tulsa, OK. She currently serves as a Human Resources Specialist at Betances Health Center, a Non-Profit Federally Qualified Health Center that focuses on providing quality healthcare for all, regardless of an individual's ability to pay. Edwidge is currently a member and Co-Chair of Member Engagement for the Society of Human Resources Managers SHRM tasked with connecting with current members and identifying future members in the HR community.

As Sisterhood Co-chair, Edwidge strives to curate events and spaces that foster genuine and authentic connection, collaboration, and camaraderie among RBTW members.
